Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase!

…but, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will replace it or  refund you.

 

1. Terms of return:

You can return an unwanted product to us provided the products are: 

  • Undamaged and unused, with the original labels still attached
  • In the original undamaged packaging.
  • Complete with all original accessories or parts.
  • The return is requested via email within 30 days of delivery to you.

2. Terms of exchange:

  • Products can be exchanged for a different size provided that the new requires size is available, and at the same price as the originally purchased product.
  • If the exchange required is not available the product will be collected from you, at no charge and you will receive a refund within 5 days of our receipt, inspection & validation.

 3. Products damaged on delivery

  • Should a product be damaged at the time of delivery please notify us of such delivery via email with 2 days of delivery to you.
  • We will arrange collection from you at no charge.
  • A choice of a replacement or refund preference will be actioned to you within 10 days of you logging the return.

4.  Defective products

We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality and without defects.

A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.

The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return:

  • Faults resulting from normal wear and tear.
  • Damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product.
  • Damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion.
  • Damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product.
  • Damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the product.

5. General terms

  • We reserve the right to inspect the product to validate your return and/or exchange.
  • Our courier is entitled to refuse collection of a product that is not properly packaged for transport.
  • Only the original account holder/buyer may return the product.
  • Please bear in mind that refunds can take 5 – 10 working days to reflect in your account.

 

If you return a product that does not comply with this policy, you may be liable to reimburse DBZ Merchandise  for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having the product returned to you.
